The therapeutic virtues of thyme honey have already been explored by many civilizations prior to ours.

In fact, since it contains lots of phenols, this honey has a great healing power. Just apply it to a wound to see it heal faster. The medical profession has experienced this to the point of making compresses previously soaked in this honey. Wounds, burns, ulcers or canker sores, acne pimples or even bedsores, it’s all there. Thyme honey also has anti-oxidant and soothing properties, which makes it an ideal ally for daily herbal teas because in addition, it calms digestive disorders, especially those caused by the bacterium Escherichia coli.
